🚗 Vehicle Sales

  • All vehicle sales (new or used) are final once the transaction is completed and ownership is transferred.
  • Customers are strongly advised to inspect the vehicle thoroughly and review all details before finalizing the purchase.
  • Refunds or returns on vehicles are not applicable, except in cases of proven misrepresentation or legal issues.

🔧 Car Accessories

  • Accessories can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided:
    • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
    • Original invoice/receipt is provided
  • Installed, customized, or electrical accessories are non-returnable unless found defective.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an accessory is found defective at the time of purchase or installation, it may be:
    • Replaced with the same product, or
    • Refunded, subject to inspection and approval
  • Any damage caused by improper use or installation is not covered.

💳 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

📄 Documentation & Service Charges

  • Service fees related to inspections, documentation, or registrations are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
